A class period just ended and another will begin shortly. You walk down our hallways; students are in deep conversations with each other—a biology experiment, a physics problem, a math equation, perhaps history—real conversations.
You enter a classroom. You see a student and teacher having an authentic dialogue about a lesson and how aspects of the lesson apply to our larger world. You notice the relationships between students and teachers. Village teachers are engaged teachers. They do not simply provide superior instruction; they inspire, they stimulate, and they lead.
Our rigorous academic curriculum, high quality teaching, and excellent facilities support every student’s learning journey throughout the school. Academics are complemented by a variety of clubs, as well as our inspiring field trips that provoke a broader, encompassing connection to classroom learning.
